OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”) 

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and outside the 50 United States and DC. Must download the Benjamin iOS or Android mobile application (“App”) and have or create a valid Benjamin account (“Account”) to participate. Game play entry requires allowing the App to track. Prize will be awarded in-app to the Benjamin Wallet.

Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Benji’s Big Drop Sweeps (“Promotion”) sponsored by Benjamin Capital Partners, Inc., 902 Clintmoore Rd. Ste 132, Boca Raton FL 33487 (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., and Apple is not involved in any way with the Promotion. By taking any step to participate, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, the Benjamin Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. You also acknowledge that your information will be used in accordance with the Benjamin Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion, the Official Rules, the Terms and Conditions, or the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any linked documents, these Official Rules will govern matters directly related to the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins Sunday, June 1st, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends Tuesday, June 31st, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry: (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence (nineteen (19) for residents of Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) for residents of Mississippi); (ii) have a valid Benjamin account in good standing; (iii) have opened the Benjamin App at least once within thirty (30) days prior to the date of the Prize drawing; and (iv) are not employees of the Sponsor or any of its parent or affiliate companies, and are not immediate family or household members of such employees. Participation in the Promotion, including via the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”), is limited to active Benjamin users who meet all eligibility criteria. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter:  There are five (5) ways to earn entries into this Promotion’s Prize drawing. Regardless of entry method, no more than two thousand five hundred (2,500) entries may be earned by any participant during the Promotion Period. Entries that exceed this limit will be void:

   • Using Rewards: During the Promotion Period, participants may obtain sweepstakes entry packages by trading in Rewards they've earned. For example, a one-dollar ($1.00) package purchase will yield seven (7) entries, and a five-dollar ($5.00) package purchase will yield one hundred (100) entries. The maximum number of entries available through using rewards is capped at one hundred (100) entries per day. Using Rewards are subject to the Benjamin Terms and Conditions and count toward the overall entry limit.

   • Benji’s Best Gameplay: Participants may earn entries by playing Benji’s Best games within the Benjamin App during the Promotion Period. For every ten cents ($0.10) in Rewards (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) earned in a Benji’s Best game, the participant will earn one (1) entry into the Prize drawing. Game play entries are limited to two hundred fifty (250) entries per individual game, across a maximum of ten (10) different Benji’s Best games, regardless of the total Rewards earned. Only Rewards with a “Reward Created Date” during the Promotion Period will be eligible. Game play entries count toward the overall Promotion entry limit.

   • Wallet Balance Bonus: Participants may earn bonus entries based on the balance of their Benjamin Wallet at the end of the Promotion Period. To qualify, funds must remain in the Wallet without withdrawal at any point during the Promotion Period (June 1st, 2025, 12:00:00 a.m. ET – June 31st, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m. ET). Any withdrawals made during this period will reduce or eliminate eligibility for bonus entries.

     1. Bonus entries are awarded in full increments of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Partial balances under $25.00 will not qualify. The Wallet Balance Bonus follows a progressive tiered structure:

        1. The first $25 in Wallet balance earns 50 bonus entries.

        2. The second $25 earns 100 additional bonus entries (150 cumulative).

        3. The third $25 earns 150 additional bonus entries (300 cumulative).

        4. The fourth $25 earns 200 additional bonus entries (500 cumulative).

     2. Each subsequent $25 increment earns 50 more bonus entries than the prior tier. This progressive system continues until the participant reaches the overall Promotion entry cap of two thousand five hundred (2,500) entries across all entry methods.

   • Spin the Wheel: During the Promotion Period, participants may purchase spin opportunities within the Benjamin App for one dollar ($1.00) each. Each spin provides a chance to earn bonus entries into the Promotion. A maximum of ten (10) spins per participant per day is permitted. All spin purchases are final and non-refundable. Entries earned via spin opportunities are determined by the results of the spin and will be automatically credited to the participant’s entry total. Spin entries count toward the overall Promotion entry limit. No purchase necessary; free entry is always available via the AMOE described below.Entries are awarded based on the result of each spin (and count toward the 2,500-entry cap):

•  7 entries — 25%

• 30 entries — 35%

• 50 entries — 20%

• 75 entries — 15%

• 100 entries — 5%

All purchases are final. No purchase necessary; free entry also available. See Official Rules. Odds above refer to spin outcomes and do not represent odds of winning a Prize. Odds are fixed during the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated in an update to these Official Rules.

5. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Participants may earn entries without making a purchase or engaging in gameplay by completing and submitting the Alternate Method of Entry form available at the Benjamin website during the Promotion Period. Each successfully submitted and recorded form will yield entries into the Prize drawing, up to a maximum of fifty (50) entries per day, with an aggregate maximum of one thousand (1,000) entries across the entire Promotion Period. The date and time of AMOE entry will be determined by the Sponsor’s servers in Eastern Time (ET), regardless of the participant’s location. AMOE entries also count toward the overall Promotion entry limit. To be valid, AMOE participants must have a Benjamin account in good standing and must have opened the Benjamin App at least once within thirty (30) days prior to the date of the Prize drawing.

Compliance Note:

All methods of entry described in these Official Rules—including Paid Entries and Spin the Wheel—are structured to comply with applicable sweepstakes, contest, and promotional laws, and are not considered gambling. Each method of entry provides participants with guaranteed value in the form of proportional sweepstakes entries, carries no element of chance beyond the random drawing itself, and is subject to the maximum entry cap of two thousand five hundred (2,500) entries per participant. Free entry via the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) is always available, and entries earned through AMOE are treated equally with entries earned through any other method.

4. Prizes: Four (4) verified winners will each receive a prize of $1,000 in rewards (“Prize”), credited to the digital wallet within the winner’s Benjamin account (“Wallet”). All Prize details not specifically designated in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Prize is non-transferable. No Prize substitutions are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason; and potential winners agree to such substitution as a condition of entry in this Promotion. Taxes and fees associated with the Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Sponsor is responsible only for Prize issuance and expressly disclaims responsibility for prize utility, quality, or other attributes. Potential winners will be required to complete any necessary tax documentation and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and taxpayer identification number (e.g., Social Security number) prior to claiming their Prize.

5. Winner Determination: The winners will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries earned during the Promotion Period.  The drawing will take place within approximately seven (7) business days of the close of the Promotion Period. Your odds of winning any Prize depend upon the number of entries you earn out of the total number of entries earned by all participants. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to choose an alternative qualifier or possible winner in the event that a qualifier or possible winner has been disqualified or is deemed ineligible, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit: one (1) Prize per person.

6. Winner Notification: Following the Prize drawing, the selected potential winners will be notified via an in-app notification or another method designated by the Sponsor. Potential winners must complete all required winner documents, as outlined below, within ten (10) days via a secure online platform according to Sponsor’s instructions or they will forfeit the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to an entrant’s contact information. Sponsor reserves the right to disclose each winner’s name and contact information if required to do so by applicable law. Sponsor is not obligated to attempt notification by any means other than those described in these Official Rules.Potential winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, and—except where prohibited by law—a publicity rights and liability release, as well as an IRS Form W-9. Winners must also provide a copy or scan of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID) that matches the information submitted with the winner documents (collectively, the “Winner Documents”). All documents must be submitted via a secure third-party online platform. A Federal Form 1099 may be issued as required by law. If applicable, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold and remit any required taxes to the appropriate authorities. In the event a potential Prize winner: (a) is found to be ineligible to enter or receive a Prize; (b) engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward Sponsor or its employees; (c) fails to complete or submit the Winner Documents; (d) cannot be reached or has undeliverable communication; (e) fails to respond within the required timeframe; or (f) fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified. In such cases, the Prize will be awarded to the next randomly selected eligible entrant, subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to repeat this process.

7. Right to Suspend or Terminate: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; and/or if Sponsor is prevented from awarding Prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control.  If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize(s) based on eligible entries received prior to the termination. 

8. Release and Limitation of Liability: By taking any step to participate in this Promotion and/or accepting receipt of any Prize, you agree to release, defend, covenant not to sue, and discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective advertising and Promotion agencies, employees, directors, and officers (together, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, causes of action, losses, and damages arising out of your participation in this Promotion, including, but not limited to, any Promotion-related activities, the administration of the Promotion, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, and the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize awarded in this Promotion. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. 

9. Publicity Rights: By accepting any Prize, you further agree that Sponsor may use your name, likeness, photographs, voice, address, and biographical information for worldwide marketing purposes, in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation or right of approval, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. 

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: You and Sponsor both agree that any claim or dispute regarding this Promotion or a Released Party will be resolved exclusively in a New York court governed by the laws of the State of New York, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes is New York. 

11. General Terms:  

    1. If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to participate or obtain any Prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages from them and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. 

2. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF A SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

3. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Official Rules for any changes.  By participating in the Promotion or accepting a Prize after we change these Official Rules, you accept all changes thereto.

4. Sponsor is not responsible for errors or problems downloading or uploading any Promotion-related materials or information, or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet, or any other technical problems related to Promotion entries that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Promotion. Entries made using a false identity, on behalf of another individual, or through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method will be disqualified.  

5. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

6. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

7. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 

12. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners list or these Official Rules following completion of the Promotion Period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received within ninety (90) days following the end of the Promotion Period to Benjamin Capital Partners, Inc. 902 Clintmoore Rd.
