What’s happening to card-linked rewards?

We’re making an update to card-linked rewards in Benjamin.

Starting May 30th, card-linked rewards will no longer be available for some accounts. If this applies to your account, you’ll no longer be able to earn rewards from eligible card-linked transactions.

Your Benjamin account and wallet balance are not affected by this change.

Will I lose my wallet balance?

No. Your wallet balance is not affected.

Any funds already available in your Benjamin wallet will remain available, subject to the normal withdrawal requirements and terms.

What happens to rewards I already earned?

Eligible rewards earned before May 30th will continue to be processed according to the applicable reward terms.

If a reward is still pending, it may take time to review, verify, and process before it becomes available.

Can I still earn in Benjamin?

Yes. You can still earn in Benjamin through other reward opportunities, including games, offers, and challenges available in the app.

Why don’t I see card-linked rewards anymore?

Starting May 30th, card-linked rewards may no longer be available for your account.
