Notice – Benji’s Best Access Issue
Effective November 5, 2025, some users may experience difficulty opening Benji’s Best or may encounter a blank (white) screen when selecting the partner.
To resolve this issue, please ensure your app is updated to the latest version. This issue appears to affect a small number of members who are using a beta version of iOS. Occasionally, we release beta versions of iOS to users, and because we are still in testing, we cannot guarantee full app functionality on those versions.
If you’ve updated the app and are still experiencing issues after logging out and back in, please contact our customer support team for further assistance. We’ll be happy to investigate and help get things working smoothly again!
