As stated in our Terms of Service: You have to complete "Qualifying Activity" in order for your account to remain active and to ensure your earned rewards are not forfeited.
Failure to complete "Qualifying Activity" within 90 consecutive days will result in your account being deactivated and any earned rewards will be forfeited and cancelled.
Please note that any forfeited and cancelled rewards cannot be restored.
We will send you a notification after 60 consecutive days of no "Qualifying Activity" that your account will be deactivated in 30 days unless you take action.
You will be able to reactivate your deactivated Benjamin account by logging in and earning new rewards.
What is considered "Qualifying Activity"?:
- Earn rewards (for example: playing games to achieve a milestone, completing your daily streak, etc)
- Redeem rewards from your Benjamin wallet
