How to Provide A Screen Recording: iOS
To provide a screen recording for an iOS device, follow these steps:
- First, make sure the Screen Recording feature is added to your Control Center. If it is not on your Control Center:
- Swipe down from the top-right corner of your device's screen.
- If you don't see the screen recording button (solid circle inside a ring), tap the "+" button in the top left corner.
- Select "Add a Control" and then tap the "Screen Recording" option.
- Swipe down from the top right of your device's screen.
- Tap the Screen Recording button (solid circle inside a ring) in Control Center.
- Once you have completed the screen recording desired, access the Control Center and hit the button again to stop recording.

How to Provide A Screen Recording: Android
To provide a screen recording for an Android device, follow these steps:
- Swipe down from the top of your screen twice to open the Quick Settings panel.
- Look for the "Screen record" icon-if you do not see it, try these steps:
- Tap the "Edit" icon (this should be a pencil or + sign)
- Search for "Screen record"
- Add "Screen record" to your Quick Settings
- Drag the "Screen record" tile to your active Quick Settings.
- Tap the "Screen record" icon. Select whether to record audio and if you want to show screen touches.
- Select "Start" to begin recording.
- To stop recording, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the "Screen recorder" notification. You should have the option to stop recording there.
