Tap into your reward history to see your earned rewards, pending balances, and past transactions in one place.
Here’s how to find it:
1. Log into the app
- Launch the Benjamin app on your device.
- Ensure you’re logged into your account.
2. Navigate to your Wallet
- Tap the Money icon with the dollar sign ($) in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap "Wallet.”
- Tap “Earning history” to see the past transactions that have earned you rewards.
- Tap “Withdrawal history” for a detailed history of your withdrawals and their payment status.
What do the different statuses mean?
- Pending: You’ll see this when a reward is still being processed by Benjamin and the merchant. This is typically resolved within 7 days of a transaction.
- Available: This means your reward has been confirmed and the earnings are now part of your available balance.
- Declined/Rejected: You’ll see this status if your reward was invalidated or rejected by our publishers/partners due to issues with eligibility terms.
Why don’t I see a reward in my Wallet?
If a reward isn’t showing up, here’s what to do:
- Ensure eligibility requirements were met. Note that some offers have terms that require specific actions to be completed.
- Ensure your bank account is linked for cash back rewards.
- If a reward is still missing after the expected timeframe, please reach out to our Member Services team.
