How do I track my rewards?

You’ll find a detailed transaction history of your earnings and withdrawals in the Wallet section of the Benjamin app. 

How to check your total balance

• Open the Benjamin app
• Tap “Money”
• Look for your “Available balance” at the top

How to view your earnings history

• Open the Benjamin app
• Tap “Money”
• Tap “Earning history”
• See a list of past transactions

Your earning history is not organized by category, but you can still see a detailed list of your transactions. Here are some tips for viewing it: 

• To find cash back you earned through shopping, look for the merchant names.
• To find cash back you earned through gaming or survey payouts, check the reward amounts.
• Note that cash back can take 7–30 days to be confirmed, while gaming and survey rewards usually update within 48 hours. 
  • “Pending rewards” are transactions that are still being processed (cash back awaiting merchant confirmation or gaming rewards being verified by the publisher).
  • “Available rewards” are funds that are ready to be withdrawn.

How to track withdrawals

• Open the Benjamin app
• Tap “Money”
• Tap “Withdrawal history”
• See a list of your past and pending payouts 

If a withdrawal is still processing, the estimated payout timeframe will be displayed.
