Follow these best practices to enhance your account security, prevent unauthorized access, and keep your personal information, rewards, and linked financial accounts safe.
Use a strong and unique password
- Choose a password that is at least 12 characters long and includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid using common passwords or ones that are easy to guess (e.g., "password123").
- Never reuse the same passwords you use for other websites or services.
Monitor your account activity
- Regularly check your Reward History and Transaction Logs for any unusual activity.
Report suspicious activity immediately
If you suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or security concerns, take action right away.
How to secure your account if you suspect unauthorized access:
- Change your password immediately by going to Profile > Settings > Change Password.
- Check your transaction history in the Benjamin app.
- If you still see suspicious activity, contact Member Services and request a security review.
