How do I delete my Benjamin account?

If you no longer wish to use Benjamin, you can delete your account directly from the app. 

Keep in mind that account deletion is permanent, and you will lose access to your rewards, transaction history, and any remaining balance in your wallet.

How to delete your Benjamin account

1. Log into the app

• Open the Benjamin app.
• Ensure you’re logged into your account.

2. Go to your Settings

• Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
• Select “Settings” from the menu.

3. Request account deletion

• Scroll down and tap “Delete Account.”
• You will see a confirmation message outlining what happens when you delete your account.

4. Confirm

• If you’re sure you want to proceed, tap “Confirm & Delete Account.”
• You may be asked to enter your password or verify your identity before the request is processed.

What happens after I delete my account?

• Your transaction history, linked accounts, and data will be permanently deleted from our database.
• All unclaimed rewards or pending withdrawals will be deleted from our system.
• Our Member Services team will no longer have a record of your past transaction history through Benjamin.
• After confirming, your account cannot be restored.
