1. How do I unsubscribe?
- Scroll to the bottom of an email from Benjamin
- Click the “unsubscribe” link
- Confirm your preference to stop receiving marketing communications
Note: Unsubscribing means you will no longer receive updates about promotions, special offers, or exclusive bonuses available to Benjamin members.
2. Will I still receive any emails?
You will no longer receive any marketing emails, but we’ll make sure you still get important account-related emails, including:
- Transaction confirmations (cash back earned, withdrawals processed)
- Essential updates related to your account
3. Can I resubscribe?
Absolutely! If you’d like to start receiving marketing emails again, please reach out to Member Services to be manually added back to our email list.
