For security reasons, you cannot manually change your phone number in the Benjamin app. If you need to update the number associated with your account, contact our Member Services team for assistance.
You may need to update your phone number if:
- You got a new phone number and can no longer receive verification codes.
- You lost access to your old number and can’t log into your account.
- Your phone number was entered incorrectly during sign-up.
How to request a phone number change

This is the quickest, most efficient way to get help from our team.
- Open the Benjamin app
- Go to your Profile
- Select “Customer service”
- Click either "Submit a Request" or "Contact Us" on any of our reference guide pages
- Provide the necessary details and double-check that they are accurate
Submit a support ticket via our request form(s)
If you can’t access the app, you can submit your request using one of our request form(s).
- Select the appropriate form
- Ensure you enter the email address and phone number associated with your Benjamin account
- Provide the necessary details by filling out all fields and double-check that they are accurate
- Please include screenshots to help us understand and diagnose the issue
2. Verify your information
For security verification, our team may require:
- The full name and email address linked to your account.
- Your old phone number (if accessible).
- Your new phone number.
- Additional verification (e.g., ID confirmation, account activity details).
3. Wait for confirmation
- Our Member Services team will review your request and verify your identity.
- Once approved, your phone number will be updated, and you’ll receive a confirmation.
