How do I update my profile information?

Keeping your Benjamin profile up to date helps ensure your transactions are tracked, you get your rewards, and your account stays secure! 

1. How to update your profile

• Go to your Profile in the Benjamin app
• Tap “Settings” 
• Update your name, email, or other relevant information
• Save your changes and your profile will be instantly updated

Note: For security reasons, your phone number cannot be updated manually. If you need to change the number on your account, please contact Member Services.

2. How to manage linked accounts

• You can add or remove linked bank accounts up to one time per month.
• When switching cards, first unlink your old account and then add a new one to ensure smooth withdrawals and cash back tracking.
