What if I forget or need to change my password?

How to reset your password if you’re logged out

1. Open the Benjamin app

• Launch the Benjamin app on your device.
• Enter phone number
• On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”

2. Enter your phone number

• Input the phone number associated with your Benjamin account.
• Tap “Submit” to request a password reset link.

3. Look for a text with the reset link

• You will receive a text message with a secure verification code.

4. Create a new password

• Fill in the required verification code.
• Enter the new password
• Confirm the new password and tap “Continue.”

5. Log in with your new password

• Return to the Benjamin app and log in using your new credentials.

How to reset your password if you’re logged in

• Go to your Profile, then select “Settings.”
• Select “Change Password.”

3. Create a new password

• Enter your current password.
• Create a strong new password (at least 12 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Tap “Save Changes” and your password will be updated.
