How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?

Estimated processing times by payment method:

• PayPal & Venmo - Funds will arrive almost immediately or within minutes of your request.
• Same day payout (RTP Network) - Funds will arrive immediately as long as your bank supports the RTP Network.
• ACH transfer - Funds can take 5-7 business days to hit your account, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Gift cards - This can take 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Factors that may affect payment speed:

• Bank processing delays – Some banks take longer to process incoming payments, especially for first-time withdrawals.
• Weekends & holidays – ACH withdrawals only process on business days. Making a withdrawal on a Friday, weekend, or holiday can impact the time it takes to receive your payment.
• Verification requirements – Large withdrawals or first-time payouts may require additional identity verification before processing.

How to receive faster payouts:

• Ensure your bank details are correct before making a withdrawal.
• Request withdrawals during business days/hours to minimize delays.
