What are the available payment methods?

Important Update: Due to an increase in withdrawal requests, we have implemented limits to help ensure our systems continue to operate efficiently and reliably. As part of this update, withdrawal requests are now placed into a processing queue. Processing times may vary depending on overall request volume.
 

Once your withdrawal reaches the front of the queue and begins processing, you will receive a notification confirming that your payment is being sent.

We currently offer the option to withdraw your earnings through PayPal, Venmo, or Acebet. These are trusted methods for transferring your funds. You can also link your bank account to your PayPal or Venmo account if you’d like to transfer your earnings to your bank.

• Method: Funds are transferred directly to your PayPal Account
• Processing time: Within minutes (can take up to 5 hours) for processed payments.
• Fee: $0.99 processing fee

Venmo

• Method: Funds are transferred directly to your Venmo Account
• Processing time: Within minutes (can take up to 5 hours) for processed payments.
• Fee: $0.99 processing fee

Acebet

• Method: Funds are transferred directly from your Benjamin wallet to Acebet (minimum of $25)
• Processing time: Almost immediately once your Acebet account is created or confirmed with login
• Fee: None 

 Once the funds are transferred, you will need to wager the total amount transferred before becoming eligible to withdraw through Acebet.

For example: if you transfer $25, you must place a total of $25 in bets. These wagers can be split across multiple bets, such as placing one $10 bet, another $10 bet, and a $5 bet. After the full $25 in wagers has been placed, any remaining balance—whether higher or lower depending on the outcomes of the bets—will be available for withdrawal through Acebet.

Additional Information

• Please make sure the information in your Benjamin app matches the details on your PayPal or Venmo account, especially your phone number, as it’s used to link your account.

• If you notice that any information is incorrect during the payment process, please do not complete the payment until your information has been updated. Submitting a payment with incorrect information could result in the funds being sent to someone else. Unfortunately, once sent, we may not be able to recover or refund those funds.
