Important Update: Due to an increase in withdrawal requests, we have implemented limits to help ensure our systems continue to operate efficiently and reliably. As part of this update, withdrawal requests are now placed into a processing queue. Processing times may vary depending on overall request volume.
 

Once your withdrawal reaches the front of the queue and begins processing, you will receive a notification confirming that your payment is being sent.

 

Effective 12/03/25, we are only offering the option to withdraw your earnings via PayPal or Venmo. Please know that these two options are trusted as a means to transfer funds. You are also able to link your bank account to your PayPal/Venmo account to transfer your earnings if you desire.

This change allows us to streamline our processes and provides a quicker payment option to our members.

Daily Volume Limit Reached

We have daily withdrawal limits in place to help keep our systems running smoothly. Please try submitting your withdrawal request again tomorrow.

In the meantime, we recommend double-checking that the phone number linked to your PayPal or Venmo account is current to help avoid any payment issues.

  • Processing time: Within minutes (can take up to 5 hours) for processed payments.
  • Fee: $0.99 processing fee

Venmo

  • Method: Funds are transferred directly to your PayPal Account
  • Processing time: Within minutes (can take up to 5 hours) for processed payments.
  • Fee: $0.99 processing fee

 

Additional Information

  • Please make sure the information in your Benjamin app matches the details listed on your PayPal or Venmo account—especially your phone number.

  • If your information is not correct when going through the payment steps, do not complete the payment until the updates are made. Proceeding with incorrect information may result in the payment being sent to someone else, and we will be unable to recover or refund those funds.
